We provide a Monday, Wednesday and Friday service, with a two half (2 1/2) day turn around, after the pick-up date. Please email us or call for a pick-up. There is no additional cost for the valet service. Our prices are generally 20% below our New York competitors.
A personalized color coded laundry bag with our logo will be provided for use. The concierge and our driver easily recognizes the bags as ours. Our logo will have your account number, that ensures correct identification and privacy. Your profile will be in our database.
Click here for an itemized garment list. An itemize garment list must accompany each order. Our count of articles must be accepted if yours is not given. Any claims must be made within 48 hours of our delivery and must be accompanied with the itemize garment slip.
Once we have verified your slip to match the order inside the laundry bag, the slip is signed with approval and the order is then processed. If the list deviates from what was actually found inside the bag, then we will call and make a note of it. 99% of the time, what is noted on the slip will reflect what's inside the laundry bag.
Please be advised, that for our records we file the itemize garment list.
Along with your garments and the itemize garment list, payment must be made. For payment, please fill out the enclosed charge account application that will allow us to process a payment using one of your credit cards. Each delivery will have our valet service receipt attached to each order which will be reflected on your credit card statement. You will be billed by your credit company on your normal billing cycle.
SUMMARY:
1. It is imperative that at all times you use our laundry bag.
2. Our schedule arrangements for pick-ups are as follows: We provide a three-day service. With a two and a half (2½) day turn around. In other words, what is picked up on Monday is returned on Wednesday, for Friday and then Monday again. Please e-mail or call to arrange a pick-up.
3. Complete an itemize slip for each order and place with soiled garments inside Laundry bag.
